All eyelash extension services are final sale. Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including the initial application and any future appointments. We do not offer reapplications, or refunds for services or products at any time. Product purchases, including eyelash serums, cleansers, and aftercare items, are also non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance; failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect the application of eyelash extensions, please disclose this before your appointment, as we are not liable for any adverse reactions.
